There are some seasons, holidays and weekends during which balloons and balloon decoration are more in demand. We recommend contacting us to check our availability as soon as you decide to use our services. We can take last minute orders, however, you are at risk of us being unavailable to decorate or deliver to your party or paying a rush fee. A rush fee of 20% of the total of your order may be added if you contact us to decorate for your event with short notice (10 business days or less before your event date). This additional fee will cover expedited shipping charges from our balloon suppliers, staff, and extra hours in my office/studio getting ready for your event. Unfortunately, shipping delays and the global balloon shortage make it impossible to fulfill some last-minute orders.

In order to reserve your balloons, we require a signed contract and an initial non refundable retainer of 50%, which reserves the event date and time. The remaining balance is due a week prior to the delivery date unless other arrangements have been made.

Yes, the minimum order for balloon decorations is $550 plus delivery, setup fee, and tax. The minimum order for events out of town is $1,500. Travel fees for mileage, setup fee, accommodations, will be applied on a case-by-case basis. Every event is unique, call or E-mail us for a quote.

We are located in Kalamazoo but please call ahead for costs on travel outside the Kalamazoo/Portage area.

Air filled balloons can last for weeks, depending on the indoor environmental conditions. Our latex helium balloons last up to 2 days since they are treated with high-float. Balloons outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time since sun, cold, wind and rain affect the lifespan of the balloons.

No, we also offer a variety of different style backdrops, fabric draping, and props needed to complement your look.

Yes, we provide professional quality balloons and the materials you’ll need to create the look desired – especially if you’re a DIYer and party planner extraordinaire.

Absolutely! We have a variety of backdrops, neon signs, ghost table, curtains with lights, shimmer walls, centerpieces, candelabras, glass vases, crystal risers, white cylinder pedestals. Just call us to discuss your ideas.
